The flesh of the bulbs is tender, with low fiber content and a mild level of pungency. The variety possesses cold and disease resistance, and demonstrates a low tendency for bolting and bulb splitting. To obtain a high-quality harvest, the formation of 5–6 leaves before the end of the year is required.
