The variety forms white, flattened bulbs with a diameter of 5 to 8 cm. The plant has a thin neck and not very abundant dark green foliage, reaching a height of about 25 cm at maturity.
The variety is very early and has a mild sweet taste, making it suitable for fresh and cooked consumption. It is characterized by low cold resistance and limited shelf life.
A characteristic feature is the presence in the harvest of a small percentage of bulbs with a reddish or light ginger skin tint, even with careful selection of seed material.
