The Airoso F1 hybrid belongs to mid-season varieties with a vegetation period of 120 to 130 days. The bulbs have a round shape, are covered with bright brown scales, and their average weight is 200–250 grams.
The produce has high keeping quality and, when proper conditions are maintained, can be stored for up to 9–10 months. The variety is characterized by resistance to a number of common diseases, including Fusarium and rots.
