The variety is a population-based variety and was bred by individual and mass selection. Intended for cultivation for bulb production, green scallion production, and processing. Propagation is possible both by seeds and by sets.
The plant forms 7–8 leaves of intensive green color. The bulbs are of the low-sprouting type, have a flat-round or rhomboid shape, white flesh and 5–6 layers of yellow-brown tunic scales. The variety is adapted to adverse climatic conditions.
