The Welsh onion variety Oasis is characterized by a growing period lasting about 65 days. Externally, the plant is distinguished by the bright green color of its leaves.

This variety shows resistance to adverse weather conditions, in particular to heat, and also has immunity to infection by rust and powdery mildew.
