Mid-season variety, the period from the beginning of regrowth or sowing to technical maturity is from 35 to 60 days. The leaves reach a height of 35–50 cm, have a bluish-green hue and a strong waxy coating. The plant forms upright, tubular leaves and belongs to the types with a small number of shoots of the pseudostem type.

The produce is characterized by a delicate, juicy, mild taste and high marketability. The variety possesses resistance to a number of foliar diseases, as well as to Fusarium wilt and pink root rot, and is resistant to adverse growing conditions. It belongs to the Japanese subspecies of bunching onion.

The variety is suitable for cultivation as an annual crop and is intended for fresh green production. Freezing of the produce is possible. It can be grown both in open field and in private household plots.
