The variety is mid-season and forms a vigorous leaf rosette. Leaf height varies from 50 to 68 cm; leaves are straight with a width of 1.8–2.4 cm, and the surface is covered with a dense waxy bloom. The taste of the produce is rated as semi-sharp.

The plant possesses winter hardiness and resistance to lodging. The variety is characterized by rapid regrowth of foliage after cutting, and the yield of onions with leaves is 4.5–6.5 kg/sq. m. The produce is intended for fresh consumption and processing.
