The plant reaches a height of 65–85 cm. Leaves are broad, blue-green in color with an intense waxy bloom. The blanched part of the stem grows up to 15–30 cm in length and 3–5 cm in thickness.
The variety is distinguished by its frost resistance, which allows for harvesting during the autumn-winter period. Intended for cultivation in the open field and for consumption fresh or after culinary processing.
