The variety is late-ripening, the vegetation period is from 125 to 200 days. The plant forms a wide dark-green leaf with a pronounced waxy bloom. The weight of one plant varies from 200 to 325 grams.
The pseudostem has a cylindrical shape, the height of the blanched part is 10–25 cm with a diameter of 4–6 cm. The taste of the produce is mild, semi-sharp. The variety is resistant to major diseases and is slow to bolt.
The plant is demanding regarding soil fertility and light levels. To form a long blanched part of the stem, hilling is required during the growth process. The harvest is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, drying, and freezing.
