The variety is an F1 hybrid characterized by a broad leaf blade shape. At the base of the stem ("shank"), a bulb is practically not formed.
The variety's produce is distinguished by a high degree of uniformity. Based on physiological indicators, including methiin concentration, the variety belongs to summer types of leek. Under experimental conditions, the variety showed susceptibility to bacterial rot caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv. porri.
