The Perla Orion variety was obtained by clonal selection from clone R-35-10-1B. The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm, has open pale green foliage, with an average of 15 leaves.

The bulb has a pearly-cream color and a round shape, containing on average 13 cloves of similar size. The yield of the variety is from 16 to 18 t/ha.
