Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the winter type and is intended for autumn planting. The plant is characterized by a vigorous leaf apparatus. The bulbs have a rounded shape, white-colored outer scales, and contain from 6 to 14 cloves of a beige hue.

The variety is early-maturing, ripening later than the Messidrôme and Messidor varieties. The produce has a moderately pungent, sweetish taste and can be stored for 6 to 9 months. The plant is distinguished by its winter hardiness and absence of the Onion Yellow Dwarf Virus (OYDV).
