The variety is a type of spring white garlic. It was developed as the cooperative's own breeding line to overcome problems with the adaptation of traditional local varieties in the Albacete region.

Currently, the variety is successfully grown in the specified region, gradually displacing traditional purple garlic in industrial production due to better adaptability to the local environment.
