The plant belongs to perennial crops suitable for consumption in its entirety, including stems and flowers. In cooking, it is used as a culinary herb, in particular for appetizers.

The variety is characterized by its ability to spread vigorously from the second year after planting and rapid regrowth after cutting. For germination, seeds require exposure to low temperatures; the optimal temperature range for sowing is from 15 to 20 °C.
