The plant is a bushy tuberous perennial with dark green lanceolate leaves. The bush has compact dimensions: height and width are about 30–40 cm.

The funnel-shaped flowers are gathered in open inflorescences. The petal color is salmon-pink with a yellow throat and characteristic brown streaks.

The variety is intended for cultivation in border plantings. The plant prefers well-drained soil, areas with full sun or partial shade, and has winter hardiness down to -5 °C.
