The variety is characterized by red petals and is intended for use as a cut flower crop in floriculture.

The plant is sensitive to ethylene. In post-harvest physiology studies, treatment with silver thiosulfate or 1-MCP is used to extend the vase life of cut flowers. The effect of supplementary lighting during the winter-spring period on the productivity of the variety was also studied.
