The variety «Ice Cream» (breeding name Zalice) is characterized by white, medium-sized flowers. Typically, 5–6 flowers are formed on a single stem. The plant is of medium height, and productivity and stem quality are rated as moderate.

The variety exhibits high resistance to Alstroemeria mosaic virus (ALMV). The plant is sensitive to the effects of high temperatures, therefore the use of cooling systems is recommended during cultivation.
