The plant has a dense vertical crown 1–2 meters wide. The leaves are ovate, with a bronze hue when emerging, turning dark green in summer, and acquiring yellow-orange or red tones in autumn. White star-shaped flowers gathered in raceme-like inflorescences bloom in April–May.
The fruits ripen in June–July; they are small, rounded, sweet, and blue-black in color. The variety has high winter hardiness (down to -30°C), is resistant to wind and drought, and is undemanding regarding soil. The shoots are strong and not prone to lodging, which allows the plant to be used for hedges and planting in confined spaces.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
