Variety description

The variety belongs to the bushy, heavily foliated type. The rosette is large, erect, 15–40 cm high. The leaves are large, intensely green with a glaucous waxy bloom, and strongly dissected. In the flowering phase, plant height reaches 90–160 cm. The weight of one plant when harvested for greens is 30–150 g.

The variety has a universal purpose: it is used fresh, for canning and freezing. Marketable yield of greens reaches 1.4–2.6 kg/m², for spices — up to 2.8 kg/m². Delayed bolting allows for 3 to 10 leaf cuttings per growing season. The plant is resistant to Phoma and root rots.
