The plant is an evergreen perennial with heart-shaped leaves 10–20 cm in length. The peduncles are 20–25 cm high, strong and upright. The inflorescence consists of a spadix 2–3 cm long and a spathe 6–13 cm in size with a medium red-pink shade.

The variety has the ability to bloom abundantly year-round. The longevity of an individual inflorescence ranges from six weeks in the winter period to three months in the summer. The plant requires diffused lighting and protection from direct sunlight.
