The variety is intended for the production of a developed root crop. In studies of the chemical composition of the volatile components of the essential oil, a specific profile of terpenes and phthalides was revealed, in particular, a high content of β-terpinene was noted.

During field trials in organic farming, the variety showed high susceptibility to septoria leaf spot (Septoria apiicola). At present, the variety is mentioned more often in the context of archival samples and genetic collections.
