Variety description

Plant is medium-sized and upright, leaf height reaches 80 cm. The root is large, of regular spherical shape, with light beige-greenish skin. The flesh is white, does not darken during cooking, and is resistant to the formation of cavities.

The variety is characterized by resistance to Septoria, Alternaria, low temperatures, and bolting. Suitable for marketing as bunch produce, as well as for drying, freezing, and pickling.

Cultivated using the transplant method with sowing from mid-February to mid-March. The recommended planting pattern in open field is 30–40 by 20–25 cm. Prefers sunny areas with fertile, moist, and well-drained soil.
