The Tarvos RZ F1 hybrid forms round root crops with smooth, firm skin and white flesh. A structural feature is the flat top, which minimizes damage during harvesting, washing, and drying. The root system is concentrated in the lower part, which reduces waste during processing.

The plant has short, upright foliage and is characterized by slow growth, making it less suitable for early production. The variety features high uniformity of fruits and pronounced resistance to internal browning. A natural cavity is present in the center of the root crop.
