Variety description

10 August 2026

The main morphological feature of the variety is reduced foliage development. The plant forms up to 20 thin, flat stalks with a total length of up to 40 cm, while the stalk length from the internodes is about 15 cm. The open plant structure promotes better aeration, which reduces the likelihood of fungal infections.

The variety has a sweet taste and distinct crunch. It is suitable for cultivation in the summer-autumn period and is aimed at industrial processing, including for the production of pre-cut celery packages or for sale as whole heads.
