The plant is characterized by tall growth, dark green foliage, and a low tendency to form side shoots. The petiole bunch has a compact, rectangular shape and is characterized by good petiole length.
The variety is used as a means of controlling Fusarium wilt of celery caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. apii. At the same time, it may be susceptible to infection by new races of this pathogen, including race 4.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
