The plant reaches a height of 70–75 cm and forms long, thin, fleshy petioles with a pleasant aroma. The variety produces few side shoots and forms a dense rosette.
The variety is suitable for spring cultivation and also tolerates autumn culture satisfactorily, provided that harvesting is timely. Overripening may cause the petioles to turn yellow.
