The plant has a compact type with a very upright habit and a height of 40 to 50 cm. The petioles are characterized by a smooth surface, dark green color and minimal formation of lateral shoots. The base of the rosette is wide and strong.

The variety possesses high resistance to bolting. The produce is characterized by uniformity in length and ease of cleaning, which makes the variety suitable for markets requiring pre-sale preparation, packaging and slicing.
