Dastwo (trade name Barbados) is a compact perennial plant with branched stems and medium-green lanceolate leaves. The capitulum inflorescences are blue-lavender in color, with a yellow disc in the center.

The plant belongs to the Island Series and prefers to grow in sunny areas with medium-fertility soils. The flowering period occurs from late summer to mid-autumn. The variety is suitable for attracting pollinators such as butterflies and bees.
