The variety is characterized by a small flower head size compared to a number of other aster varieties. The plant is a sibling of the Casablanca variety.

During the breeding of this variety, the main emphasis was placed on ensuring high disease resistance, the formation of strong stems, and long vase life, which makes it suitable for commercial cultivation.
