Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a herbaceous perennial. The leaves are pinnate with serrated edges; upon opening, they may acquire a reddish or bronze shade, later turning dark green and glossy. The lush inflorescences are cone or diamond-shaped and are situated on dark red stems.

Flowering occurs in summer, from June to July, sometimes extending into August. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness down to -34°C and resistance to diseases and pests. Normal development requires fertile, moist soils and partial shade or shade conditions; the plant is sensitive to soil desiccation.
