Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing Astilbe japonica «Vesuvius» and Astilbe × arendsii «Bressingham Beauty». The plant forms a compact spreading bush 60–90 cm in height and 45–80 cm in diameter.

The foliage is dark green, glossy, deeply dissected, and may have a bronze tint on young shoots. The fluffy inflorescences are pink in color and have an arching shape.

Flowering occurs in July–August and lasts from 15 to 40 days. The variety is winter-hardy (USDA zones 3–4), prefers semi-shaded areas with fertile, moist soil, and is well-suited for decorating mixed borders and coastal zones of water bodies.
