The plant forms a compact, dense bush with erect stems. The leaves have a dark green shade and a characteristic luster. The red-purple or dark pink flowers are gathered in compact paniculate inflorescences.
The variety possesses vigorous growth and is suitable for cultivation in open field or containers. Winter hardiness corresponds to zone 4, withstands temperature drops down to -30...-34 °C. Used in landscape design for creating borders, flower beds, group and solitary plantings, as well as decorating the banks of water bodies.
