Variety description

The plant has a compact habit, spreading 30–60 cm in width. Small ovate or oblong pubescent leaves have a gray-green hue and are semi-evergreen depending on the climate. Four-petaled flowers of a saturated pink color bloom from April to June.
The variety is distinguished by resistance to Verticillium wilt and high winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA zones 4a–9b. It prefers sunny locations or light partial shade, as well as well-drained poor, stony, or calcareous soils. The plant poorly tolerates moisture stagnation in the winter period.
Used in the decorative design of rock gardens, retaining walls, and borders; it is suitable for container gardening. Attracts pollinating insects such as bees and butterflies.
