The variety is intended for green fodder production and belongs to the early-maturing group. In field trials, the variety demonstrates susceptibility to major foliar diseases, and in terms of crude protein and fiber content, it is inferior to more modern breeding achievements.

In breeding practice, the variety is used as a parental form for developing new, higher-yielding and more resistant lines. Its morphological parameters, such as plant height, are not fixed and depend significantly on cultivation conditions.
