The variety is a product of the Czech breeding company SELGEN, a.s. and appears in the pedigrees of other oat varieties. In scientific publications, it is considered primarily in the context of studying genetic diversity.

During studies of resistance to powdery mildew, the variety was not classified as resistant to this disease. The content of gluten-like reactive peptides in the grain approached the 20 mg/kg threshold in certain years, which was analyzed in the framework of evaluating the variety's suitability for a gluten-free diet.
