The variety is mid-early, characterized by uniform ripening and a rather tall stand with medium resistance to lodging. The thousand kernel weight is high, while the grain is distinguished by high density, a low protein and fat content, and an increased husk content.
The plant possesses high adaptability, tolerates moisture deficiency and increased soil acidity well, which makes it suitable for cultivation on less fertile lands. The variety shows high resistance to Helminthosporium leaf spot, rust and Septoria leaf blotch, as well as good resistance to powdery mildew.
The seeding rate at optimal planting times is 400–450 germinating seeds per 1 m². Due to its characteristics, the variety is in demand in organic and mid-intensive farming, and can also be used in grain mixtures.
