The variety belongs to the huskless oat type. During tests with artificial inoculation, the variety showed high resistance to loose smut of oats, with an infection level of less than 3%.
The grain of the variety is distinguished by a low content of components that cause reactions in patients with celiac disease. Research has confirmed the possibility of using this oat for the production of whole grain flakes that meet the standards for gluten-free products with a gluten content of less than 20 mg/kg.
