The variety is a white-grained oat with husked grain. The grain is characterized by large size, high test weight, and low husk content, which ensures good dehulling ability.
Plants have a semi-erect growth habit and medium time of panicle emergence. Pubescence of leaf sheaths and leaf margins below the flag leaf is weak or absent; the flag leaf itself is often curved.
The variety possesses high straw strength and lodging resistance. Field trials showed high resistance to powdery mildew and susceptibility to crown rust.
