The cultivar possesses white grain color and demonstrates thousand kernel weight and test weight values typical for oats adapted to a northern climate. During studies of vegetative mass, the crude protein content was 121.8 g/kg.

The cultivar is intended for food and feed purposes. It has been repeatedly included in comparative trials of various oat genotypes and used in experiments studying tissue regeneration via anther culture.
