The plant has an upright, compact, mound-shaped bush habit. Double flowers of a dark pinkish-red shade are located above the foliage, which ensures high ornamental value.

The variety is intended for use as a pot crop. It is characterized by hardiness and long preservation of commercial qualities after sale. The variety «Bela» served as initial material for breeding other selection forms, such as «Belaro».
