The variety is a begonia that does not form tubers and is included in one of the four main Begonia x hiemalis cultivar groups known as the «Rosanna group». Genetically, this variety is linked to the involvement of Begonia socotrana and tuberous begonias in the breeding process.
The plant has very light, soft pink flowers. In professional floriculture, the variety is grown as a potted crop and is represented in the assortment of planting material for industrial use.
