The root crop is saccate in shape with a smooth surface and is situated high above the soil, which minimizes soil contamination and facilitates harvesting. The dry matter content in the roots is 16–17%. The tops have high nutritional value and are suitable for silage production.

The variety has high resistance to bolting and rust. The plant tolerates drought conditions well, which allows it to be grown on light soils. Optimal conditions for the crop are deep, loose loams with good drainage and a normal pH level. The root crops are characterized by good keeping quality during storage.
