Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 40 to 60 cm. The leaves have a medium-green base shade, pronounced purple veins, and a slightly blistered texture. The bright purple color of the petioles remains even after heat treatment.

The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation, including greenhouses, and is suitable for winter harvesting. It is intended for consumption for its leaves and petioles and is often used in mixtures of multi-colored chard.
