The root crop has a cylindrical or cylindrical-conical shape, is dark red in color, and the flesh is white-pink. The root crops are 40% submerged in the soil, which simplifies the harvesting process and allows for clean produce.
The variety is resistant to bolting and is not very susceptible to diseases. The yield reaches 1000–1110 c/ha with a dry matter content of 11–12%. It is used in the diet of cattle, sheep, horses, pigs, and poultry.
