The hybrid is a monogerm diploid based on cytoplasmic male sterility. The variety is oriented toward mid-season harvest periods and is distinguished by stable high yields combined with an increased sugar content, providing a high yield of refined sugar per hectare.
The plant possesses genetic resistance to powdery mildew and cercospora leaf spot, and also exhibits resistance to rhizomania.
