The plant possesses tolerance to rhizomania and cercospora leaf spot, although in some cases it may show susceptibility to a complex of leaf spot diseases. The variety is also characterized by resistance to bolting.
In the absence of fungicide treatment, root yield is characterized as high or very high, while the sugar content and white sugar yield range from low to medium-high.
