The variety is single-seeded (monogerm). During scientific research conducted in 1978–1981, the average harvest index, defined as the ratio of sugaryield to total biomass, was 0.495.
The plant was used in experiments studying physiological processes, including photosynthesis, leaf growth, and response to various agronomic conditions, such as sowing dates and nitrogen fertilizer application.
