The variety belongs to an intermediate type of sugar beet, combining traits of both high-yield and high-sugar directions. Technological maturity of the root crops is reached in a period from 150 to 160 days.
During field trials, the variety showed high indices of sucrose content and sugar yield. This genotype is also used in research on plant responses to environmental stress factors, including moisture deficiency and infection by the fungal disease Rhizoctonia solani.
