The sugar beet variety Greenmax was officially registered and included in the Common Catalogue of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species of the European Union during the period 2012–2016. Starting from 2017, official documents record the removal of this variety from the registers.
Public data on detailed morphological traits of the plant, its height, indices of resistance to lodging or specific diseases are absent. The purpose of the variety was limited to agricultural use within the sugar beet crop.
