The hybrid is a monogerm diploid form developed for the needs of the sugar industry. The variety was widely represented in variety trials in the 1970s and 1980s.

In comparative studies of that period, the variety was characterized by high sugar content potential. Currently, the hybrid is almost never found in production catalogs, as it has been replaced by more modern forms with complex resistance.
